Collaborative Focus

Without qualified crafts people, codes officers and inspectors, our communities will struggle to continue to improve existing blighted properties, build new affordable housing, and meet our housing needs. The Foundation of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce will utilize TPM to understand the needs of local home builders and contractors. Our collaborative will work with local training providers to offer adult and out of school youth opportunities to learn trades and inspection certifications in the home construction and renovation industry.
